Morning Reflection:
Because I’m not sure I’ll have time in the evening to report on my health progress, I’ve decided to change my routine slightly. For now, I’ll start with a short session on my ergobike and some quick gymnastic exercises. Afterwards, I’ll go for a walk to assess my condition and see if I can manage without the cane. Then, I’ll take a break to focus on learning English, aiming to improve my skills to a much higher level than before. In the afternoon, I’ll continue with Feldenkrais exercises and perhaps add some additional gymnastics.
Morning Walk:
My walk this morning was a bit of a disaster. After about 100 meters, I had to use my cane. However, I made an effort to avoid relying on it the entire time. I think I managed to go without the cane for about half of the walk.
Feldenkrais and Second Walk:
Later, I did my Feldenkrais training for more than half an hour. It was exercise 13, which involved a lot of rolling from one side to the other. Then, I decided to go for another stroll—on the same day! This second walk was a significant success for me. I managed to walk without cane support AND without pain for the first time ever! That said, I must admit that my walking style was far from graceful—I staggered and limped terribly.

Nevertheless, I was, and still am, very happy about this progress.

Because i’m not sure that I have time in the evening giving a report of the day about my healthy development. Therefore in the next time I will tart with a short training on my ergo and some short gymnastic exercises. Afterwards I will start my walk to find out what is my condition today to walk without cane. Then I have to break for learning English to improve my English to a much higher level as before. In the afternoon I will start my training again with Feldenkrais exercises and perhaps some other gymnastics.
My walk in the morning was a little catastrophic. After about 100 m I had to use my cane. But this time I tried avoiding the cane support from time to time, so I think half of the tour the cane hasn’t been used.
Some time later, I did my Feldenkrais training for more than half an houre. It was the excercise 13 with a lot of scrolling from one side to the other. Then I decided to go for another stroll (on the same day!!) and this time it was very successful for my condition. I walked without cane support AND without paine. The first time painless! But I have to admit: with a terrible walking style, staggering and limping. Nevertheless, I was and I am very happy about this success.
