New exercises and so on

After having breakfast, I stopped my Feldenkrais exercises and started a new gymnastic program, which I got by questioning ChatGPT. Recently, I have had the impression that I have neglected my muscle building. There are now about 16 exercises, which last about 45 minutes, so to say. Then I went with my wife to the grocery store to buy a small lot of groceries—for instance, tomatoes, milk, Harz cheese, and ham, if I remember correctly—and a journal for my wife. Well, a journal, not a newspaper.

It was a walk of about one kilometer forward and back altogether, and at the end, I decided to prolong this walk because I had the feeling my power, my energy was quite enough to go further. So I started a new route without a big pause. In the beginning, I was speaking English with myself, and after a few hundred meters, I took my cell phone for a conversation with ChatGPT. On the way, I took some pictures to ask ChatGPT the names of the trees, and in this way, I was a little educated in the English terms for trees. Sometimes I don’t even know them in German. But birch—birch—it’s okay that I knew, but maple for Ahorn? I never knew that.

On the way, I caught the idea to ask ChatGPT to give me the structure of a lecture about learning English with the help of ChatGPT. It developed a short structure, and I am now trying to refine and fill out this text.  But the first suggestions for filling out were given to me by ChatGPT. Now, I am speaking this text at the beginning of the evening.
