Best performance up to now

I started the day with a little English training with the help of the New York Times. After breakfast, I went on my ergo and exercised for about 10 minutes or a little more. While pedaling on my ergo, I spoke English the entire time. Then, after some exercises to strengthen the muscles of my hips, I went to the floor to do my Feldenkrais exercises. After that, I went on my daily walk, which was very good. It was my old standard route that I have followed for several years with my wife. Now I will move on to my equipment training, and then the day will end with reading books and watching television.
