The best time to write about the day is the time before the day has started already. You can fantasise about what could happen in the future, and you can find yourself in a pretty nice future, in contrast to the future which takes place immediately after writing it down. But you cannot exclude that the future might be better than you had thought about it before, and you were writing it down at the moment.
What is my intention for this day? I think, this time I have to do some exercises, because I am a little overstressed, a little exhausted from yesterday, because yesterday was a day of long sitting, and the sitting was not so good for my physical state. So, I will, after having a shower—of course after breakfast, it’s the most important thing—go to the bathroom for pooping. Then I will go for a Feldenkrais exercise to ease my muscles and overcome the ridiculous pains in my muscles.
And then I think I would like to go for a ride with my bicycle and relax my muscles much more than by having a stroll. Strolling can be sometimes such a stressful exercise, and my problems could increase or wake up again.
But in the evening, I hope the weather is better, and we have dinner outdoors. Then I will read a little or watch television. Oh, I remember, today will be a soccer match—the final of the Champions League.
