Unbelievable. But today I wrote an article for my political diary, so there is no time for my English article in this diary here. There is not much to tell about today. A little negative experience I had during my walk today. Obviously, I am a little overstrained by my activities yesterday when I had two walks and visited the concert with a long car drive and got stuck in traffic. At night, I had big cramps in my foot and leg. And so my walk was straining, also with a cane. I was so exhausted at the end, similar to my walks without pain.
