It’s a bit shocking to observe that I forget the words and phrases which I have learned by and with HELLLO so quickly. It’s possible that I have too little visual input or use no kinesthetic method. I don’t think my brain is a wreck, but there seems to be a gap of converging, a gap which prevents the pictures or emotions from coming together with notions, words, and phrases I need. I am not sure it would be beneficial to put in hours and hours. It’s far-fetched to say I am paralyzed sometimes, but nearly. Nevertheless, I can’t live without practicing English. Yes, practicing is a good word for it, not learning, not improving. Practicing means I’m doing English in my given situation, in any given situation. So, stop complaining, I know my English is excellent and the best way is to pretend being able to speak English and understand English excellently.
