My wife called for me and asked me what I want to have as curtains on the kitchen windows. At the moment, the windows have got small sheer curtains, and I like them, but I myself don’t care so much about them. She asked me whether I would like to have them a little longer than before and covering all the window or at least two-thirds of the window, but I’m inclined to say I like them much shorter, with only short curtains covering about one-third of the window. And I would like to have them hanging a little higher, so the curtains don’t get in the way and I can look into the garden without looking through this fine sheer curtain. But it seemed to me she wasn’t satisfied with my answer, so I left the decision to her, and I ask myself why she asked me, because she always decides on her own anyway.
