After complaining yesterday about my condition I made today the surprising experience I could be walking 2.5 kilometres mostly without sticks, that means more than 2 kilometres. This makes me especially happy since it was finished without more pain than at the beginning of the walk and without a limping gait. Perhaps, the reason for walking relatively smoothly has been that I was accompanied by Ulrike and Lea. Our talk distracted me from my problems. What can I do to repeat this experience? Only with Ulrike wasn’t and isn’t obviously not sufficient, only with listening podcasts neither, Ulrike, Indeed, is my unique chance, consequentially I’ve to plan my walks with her, that means, preparing a longer talk about the books read or reading or pick up a subject that supplies an emotional discussion.
