We like sweet potatoes, but only as fried potatoes with lots of onions—cut into half rings—and a few cloves of garlic. Everything has to be fried gently, because there is an unusually high risk of them becoming too brown, or even black. This time, we ate it without vegetables, eggs, or meat, but with herring enriched with onions and green peppercorns. It’s simple, but delicious.
The second day I’ve started learning French. I bravely subscribed to the Jicki app, which uses a method similar to the Birkenbihl method. Why did I start? I’m curious and don’t have the patience to wait until my English is stable. It’s a challenge.
