Terrible, but I forgot to tell you what I have cooked yesterday, so I have to do it in the morning of the day after that for not forgetting it again. At first, I used aubergine (eggplant) again. It’s one of our favourite vegetable for cooking and I prepared it as follows: firstly, I took a frying pan and put onions in it and paprika and something else, no, it’s all, but I wanted to use some garlic but I’ve forgotten it and so it was without garlic but though it is quite sufficient and after steaming this mix of onions paprika and aubergine I gave it into ceramic bowl for making a so-called eggplant casserole, scattered in sheep cheese and parmesan for covering it and left it for 20 minutes into a bake-stove with 200 degree Celsius. It was delicious but not as well as the last one with some sausages or ham, I’ve forgotten what I were using at that time.
