Chicken meat with rice

Lemme talk about cooking. Months ago it was my subject already but then I dropped it and didn’t stop tho whine about health, about English learning, and sometimes politics. Nevertheless cooking is not only important, it makes fun, it fulfills our life. Almost every day I’m the cook and I like it. What have I cooked today? You won’t believe it, it was meat, chicken meat, chopped into pieces, marinated before frying in oil with some spices. I don’t know which spices because this marination was done by the butcher I bought from. Though I used few ads for that: onions, garlics and hot paprika pulver. I fried the onion and garlic a bit, and, before it has been getting brown, I put the meat into the pan. Naturally I prepared all this after starting rice cooking and steaming frozen vegetables, a so called Asian vegetable pan. All those parts need a little longer than frying chicken meats. Meat should be fried only three minutes then you have to break frying with water and possible spices, tomato paste, creme fraich or similar milk products.

Rice is steamed in hot oil shortly and finally boiled in water. Meat, rice (spiced with turmeric, salt, cumin) and vegetables give us a delicious meal.
