New style

After  a day of relaxing, almost a day of laziness, I decided in the late afternoon to have a short walk. I was afraid and curious how it would work. Might the pain start again after some steps, may I’ve to stop and turn ? To prevent myself from this danger I chose this time to go slowly, to have a smooth gait, not to  limp, and to add some more meters instead. It worked. Of course it wasn’t a long trip, only 1.3 kilometres, but almost without pain. That gave me a good feeling. Unfortunately, tomorrow there isn’t any possibility to walk, even though it’s a sports day.
