The APP and my condition

Again a new app, you would say — but be sure, it’s the most important one in the last 10 months. I’m talking about the Daylydictate app. It gives me a basic knowledge and training in comprehension across all kinds of language levels. I’m learning a lot of new everyday vocabs I never cared about. Very often I don’t understand A1-level sentences because of not knowing the words or their pronunciation. But sometimes — and then I’m very proud of myself — I imitate the sentence and guess the right words that way. In that sense, the app works like a pronunciation app when I dictate the sentences I’ve heard.

My progress in improving my physical fitness, which I mentioned on Saturday, is fading again. I’m hobbling with hip pain and managed only 1.5 kilometers on Monday. Disappointing and sad.
