Very early in the morning, I got up for my first official training in my new rehabilitation center for recovering from my hip problems. I tried a lot of equipment there, which I was already acquainted with, but also some additional ones. All the equipment has English terms, but I don’t memorize them. I will only speak about two of them. There is a leg press, which is very important for stabilizing my power and my muscles, and the other one I tried for the first time was a so-called wobble board. A wobble board is a little dangerous. On the one hand, you have the possibility to put your hand on the railing to avoid losing your balance, but on the other hand, you shouldn’t put your hand on the railing, because you should find the balance for yourself, especially when standing on one leg. But in any case, you have to avoid an accident — falling to the floor would be very dangerous for me.
