Cake and conversation

A short, informal notice of the day. Again, we had a stroll of our standard distance of 3 km. I cannot claim it was comfortable for me, it was without stopping and relaxing. In short, it was not great, but I managed it. And that made me proud but not hopeful that I will get back to my normal state one day. After relaxing, we had a very nice coffee and cake, a so-called Donauwellw, a really heavy cake with cream, chocolate, and some dough. We consumed two pieces, both of us. At 4 o’clock, I had again an English talk in our so-called “breaking room”, whatever that means, and this time, I met a young Indian man, now living for half a year in the UK, studying something like business management, and is basically involved in the English language. There was no Indian accent. It looked like very English and we understood each other very well and decided to continue it outside the breaking room. For that, we exchanged our email addresses. Besides that, I continued the self-study, established by Keith. I hope it will help me that my English will be getting more self-confident because I’ll know really what I do, that meant, what I say.
