Cooking is fun, cooking together can be a greater joy or a greater stress. Today it was fine cooking cooperatively with Ulrike. She steamed pak choi in a frying pan with oil, salt, pepper, soja sauce, onions. It’s a pity she steamed a bit too short, still it tasted excellently, we were just chewing a little more intensively. My task was to prepare and fry the sweet potatoes. I cut them into small slices and finally fried them in margarin and clarified butter with onions, garlic, bacon and spiced with salt and pepper. At the end we added some pickled herrings. Altogether it turned out deliciously. I drank a alcohol-free beer, Ulrike Flensburger with alcohol.
