The main task today was visiting a dentist. I got a bridge connecting two teeth and overbridging the gap between them. To prepare everything for this the old crownes of both the teeth had to be erased and then the teeth had to be gound. Bevor that, I got an infusion to prevent of expectable pains. The whole treatment was painless and went smoothly. The treatment lasted about one and a half hour.
In the morning I tried to improve my pronunciation again. Thereby I noticed that the same test was quite differently evaluated in different chats. Now I am convinced to focus on comprehension. It is primary. Children start language learning with hearing, listening, and understanding; then follows speaking, etc.
The only exercise today was equipment training. Despite increasing the weights by 5 kg, there were no problems. Perhaps because I hadn’t trained before, I was fresh.
