In the morning, after some sports, I had to go to my orthopedist. He told me that the problems I have with my hip may come from fine bone chips created by sawing the bones to insert the TEP. In this case, he can’t help. The best thing I can do is to follow my sports program, applying all my grit.
- After coming back home, I immediately started my walk. I went a little more than two kilometers while listening to English podcasts in a very authentic English accent. It was very nice. After the two kilometers, I was a little exhausted, probably because I had been walking a lot earlier in the public garage. I went forward and back twice. First, I forgot to pay my ticket for the garage. And the second time, I noticed that I had forgotten my cap in the doctor’s office, so I had to go back to retrieve it.
In total, I walked more than 3,000 steps this way. After that, I added about 4,000 steps with my walk through the garden settlement in my neighborhood.
