Changed exercise order

Today I changed my training program a little. I didn’t start with Feldenkrais or ergonomics, but simply with walking. It was the first time that I started walking before sports because I thought I needed warming-up routines before walking. Now I found out that I could start walking immediately after breakfast. Well, I walked about one kilometer and 500 meters. It took about 19 minutes at a velocity of 4.5 kilometers per hour.

After making a trip to Rangsdorf   buying a trousher for the winter time and after having teetime I stAfter making a trip to Rangsdorf to buy trousers for the winter, I returned home, had tea, and then started my training program: riding my ergobike, trying to strengthen the muscles of my hips and thighs, and finally, 30 minutes of Feldenkrais.
