Since yesterday I have been trying a new method for recovering my physical state and for pushing up my health. I decided to split up my daily tour in two or three tours with the goal not being so exhausted at the end of a long tour. Yesterday, I performed relatively well; the second tour was quite easy and could be finished successfully, almost better thann the first one. But today, this method already seems to me at the end of its successful way. I felt the first part was not the best. I thought I could carry out the second one two hours later. In the beginning I was a little disappointed and after a break at my dentist for a short treatment the way back became more and more difficult. Then I had a longer break and did my third walk in the evening after having dinner. But this one was indeed terrible, as if I weren’t be able to walk at all. After about 200 meters the difficulties started and Ulrike proposed going back but I declined and wanted to do the route as I intended before – only a little more than one kilometer. The left hip was hurting and I was totally exhausted at the end. What can be the reason for this? I think my overall state today was really insufficient. Another reason can be that I didn’t do any additional exercises like ergo-biking or some gymnastics.
What should I do tomorrow. I will look for my state and then decide what I’ll be able to do. Certainly, in any case, I will not go as long as I did today.
