Hey! How’s it going?
Thank you. I’m going great. After I have started to make a cold shower in the morning. I know you are against cold showering. You are anxious to do it. But I would recommend. Now I skipped the warm shower before and started this cold shower immediately.
I’m not anxious, just skeptical! A cold shower sounds awful. Why would you do that to yourself first thing in the morning?
I would say just for fun. But somebody thought that it will prevent you from cold, from catching a cold. But I rarely catch a cold. So I cannot prove that cold showering will help me. And but so I would say it’s a matter of changing routines in the age to test yourself, what can you stand, what have you for possibility and what feeling you have afterwards. And I think it’s a very good feeling.
Okay, so maybe not for preventing colds. But you do it to challenge yourself and see how it makes you feel? What kind of feeling do you get afterwards?
I would say I feel warm afterwards, it’s the first feeling. And the second feeling is I feel much more energetic. I don’t think I believe it for myself, I’m hallucinating. It’s really, I think it’s really. But I will observe it for the next days.
Warm and energetic, huh? I can see why you want to test it out more. Maybe it’s not a hallucination! What else is part of your morning routine?
Oh, I think it’s uh very normal and so it’s not very able to talk about, but as one exception, I make gymnastics in the morning about half an hour. It makes me more energetic too. And uh and I listen to music during the gymnastics. But I want to go back to the showering. Uh I have to tell you a specific part of it too, specific part of cold showering, if you like.
Okay, tell me about the specific part of the cold showering! I’m curious now. But first, what kind of gymnastics do you do?
Somebody thought the cold showering in the morning gives you a shock. It’s a shock experience you have and uh you are prepared for the day uh a very bad experience you have in the morning already and so are you prepared for the day, it would be not worse that it has been. I find it very funny such thinking about cold showering. And then uh one exception. One day in the week I make a warm showering, of course, afterwards uh cold showering too. But in the beginning a warm showering. I think I needed once a week, but perhaps I will give it up this excemption. Oh, you would like to know more about my gymnastic exercises, do you?
That’s an interesting way to look at it. It’s like facing a small challenge to prepare for bigger ones. As for the gymnastics, I’m curious, what kind of exercises do you do? I would like to hear more about your gymnastic exercises and maybe we can wrap things up after that.
