Rolling pins

After the dread of a possible inflammation of the TEP area had vanished, I have started a program for relaxing my thighs, my thigh muscles, massaging away the tension in my thigh muscles. To do it, I used a rolling pin with three eagle balls, which could be rolled over the thigh on all four sides, above, left, right, and below. Each side I treated first for two minutes, later for one and a half minutes.

To handle my pains in the back waist area, I used an eagle ball, putting it between my back waist and the wall, so that by moving my body I could massage my waist. The treatment was simple, but had consequences, because it strongly affected this area, and the pain grew stronger.

Now I have difficulties  walking at all. I can only hope that this has to do with convalescence and not with worsening of my health and my physical condition.
