In the morning, I hadn’t much time to do my exercises. After breakfast, I began, as usual, my ergo-biking, but this time only for 10 minutes. After that, I did a few hip powering, also only for 5 minutes. And then, as usual, I did my Feldenkrais exercises for about 30 minutes. Then I had to stand up and get ready to go to my doctor. I walked there without pain. It was very quick and painless. I had a short break at my doctor’s. After that, I started walking again without pain and made a quite big round of about 1.5 kilometers. Together with my first trip to the doctor, it was about 2 kilometers in total. All these things were without pain, but I was still somewhat surprised.

Afterward, I immediately began to make coffee and tea—coffee for my wife, tea for me. I also prepared 2 bigger plates of yogurt for us. After the tea and coffee, my wife went to the grocery store, where there were Christmas trees. She is very strong and carried the tree home on her bicycle—of course, walking and not riding.
In the morning, I didn’t have much time to stay in bed, so I only read one article about President Biden’s decision to pardon his son Hunter unconditionally. It seems to be a misuse of his power, and a lot of people think the same. Of course, Trump doesn’t need President Biden’s permission to pardon his people, especially those who attacked the Capitol in January 2021.
