Today I managed again a very big round of about five and a half kilometers. And in contrast to the former round I had already done, it was much faster. I was going at a speed of five kilometers per hour, and that’s great for me. It’s the highest speed I’ve ever reached. And the thing is, I had only some short standing breaks, no sitting breaks. So all the time I used for this walk was almost entirely walking time and not sitting anymore. You can see, a lot of the time is like the net time. I’ll give you the picture from my Komoot, so you can see what I have done, and I feel very good. If I can repeat it once or twice, then I think I will have overcome most of my difficulties.
And I want to say one more thing. Also, the problems with my nerves in the knee after the injection—almost more than a year ago—seem to have diminished. And that’s one of the reasons why I can walk without additional difficulties. And sometimes—and I don’t really believe it yet, but I want to express it here—I have the feeling that my polyneuropathy in my left foot is getting a little better. But I want to say it very, very carefully, very hesitantly. I don’t have any real hope, and I don’t want to give myself too much hope about this. But I will keep observing it.
